Reimagining Website Navigation (UX/UI)

As part of a broader digital transformation initiative, I led the strategic redesign for a site navigation experience across a global consumer website. This effort extended beyond UI/UX enhancements—it was a comprehensive reevaluation of how to guide, educate, and convert customers in a digital-first, luxury-driven environment.

The Challenge:

The existing navigation structure presented several friction points:

  • Buried Core Content: Essential product information was not easily accessible, hindering user exploration.

  • Ambiguous Calls-to-Action (CTAs): Users faced confusion navigating product categories due to unclear CTAs.

  • Inconsistent Visuals: A lack of cohesive iconography and visual standards detracted from the premium brand experience.

  • Misaligned Information Hierarchy: The structure didn't align with typical customer journeys, leading to potential drop-offs.

The Solution:

Our approach centered on clarity, intentionality, and user-centric strategy:

  • Elevated Vehicle Content: Positioned product information prominently to facilitate user engagement.

  • Refined CTAs: Clarified distinctions between product offerings, and customization options to streamline navigation.

  • Consistent Visual Language: Implemented standardized imagery and intuitive icons, such as "New" product badges for recent launches and tags indicating product types/categories.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Grounded redesign choices in user testing insights to enhance engagement, click-through rates, and overall satisfaction.

This project exemplifies the synergy of strategic thinking and storytelling, resulting in an elevated user experience that aligns with both brand values and customer needs.
